1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Under UK law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

Items must be unworn and unused
In original condition
With original packaging and tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction for loss in value.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. EXCHANGES (RECOMMENDED OPTION)

We offer free exchanges for eligible returns.

If you need a different size or item, we strongly recommend choosing an exchange — this is the fastest way to receive your replacement.

3. STORE CREDIT INCENTIVE

If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we will issue:

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping
Original shipping costs are not refunded
A £3 processing fee will be deducted from refunds (this does not apply to exchanges or store credit)

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

5. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You are entitled to:

Replacement
Or full refund

We will cover return shipping for confirmed faulty items.

6. HOW TO START A RETURN

Reason for return

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We may refuse returns where:

Items have been worn
Tags are removed
Items are damaged after delivery

8. LATE RETURNS

Returns requested after the 14-day period may be declined.

9. STATUTORY RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please refer to our size chart for accurate measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Washing Instructions:

Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 86°F) with like colors
Use mild detergent
Turn garment inside out to protect prints and colors
Avoid bleach

Drying Instructions:

Tumble dry low or hang to dry
Remove promptly from dryer to prevent wrinkles

Ironing:

Iron on low to medium heat if needed
Avoid ironing directly on prints or embellishments
